Gordon has been an active North American real estate investor and entrepreneur since 2006. He founded Amifor in 2011 in Atlanta, GA following the Great Recession. Gordon is passionate about creating an associate-first approach, and creating a business that elevate the lives of everyone it touches. Gordon loves to travel and spend time with his family.

Chief Operating Officer
Toronnia has been in leadership positions for multi-family developments and short-term rentals for 20+ years. During which she was instrumental in growing a company from $6M in holdings to $300M in just 9 years. Toronnia grew up in New Orleans, LA but has been in Atlanta since 1999, and now considers herself a Cajun Peach.

Regional Facilities & Maintenance Manager
William has served residents in the Greater Atlanta Area since 2012. He prides himself (and his team) on caring for residents with the highest levels of customer service while ensuring best in class technical service. William loves spending time with his daughter and playing guitar.

Accounting Manager

Debora gained nearly 10 years of accounting and customer service experience before bringing her skills to Amifor in 2022. She is responsible for accounts payable/receivable, preparation of financial reports, and business analysis. When she’s not crunching numbers, Debora spends her time with her family wrangling her 2 young children.
